My study programme
Hy guys!
Welcome to my sixth blog! Today
I´m going to talk about my experience studying at the university.
The first place, I´m studying
Social Work at the university of Chile, this year is my second years of de
career and I can say about my career that is very interesting but is very
strict because I must read a lot and analyze cases of social reality based on
the arguments given by the authors of the texts I read. To be honest it helps
me my career is demanding because it helps me improve and perfect myself for
the future.
In my first year of the career,
I can say that was year amazing but I had two subjects I hated ,one was
Critical Approaches to Social Work and the other was Statistics I, because I
never couldn´t understand them and also the teachers were very stricts but
my favorite subject of my first year was Social History of Chile because I love
learning about the history of Chile especially the social history regarding
revolutions or wars and the formation of the popular class and also the teacher
made the classes more entertaining by using examples and experiences to
explain the content and I understood him
very well.
In
second place, I feel that this semester of my second year is being very strict
and demanding, each job or test demands more, what I ´m trying to say is that I
must analyze, investigate more about social problems and phenomena, therefore I
must read more and understand what the authors want to explain. But that
doesn't mean I don't like it, I really like it because I like to read and
because it is a requirement to work in the social area of Social Work.
See you soon. Bye!
