Postgraduate studies I would like to do

¡Hi guys!

Welcome to my fourth blog! Today I ’m going to talk about the postgraduate studies that I would like to do in the future.

Well, In the first place by now I ’m in my second years of Social Work at the University of Chile and to be honest I don ’t know yet what postgraduate choose but I have been researching postgraduate studies in  social sciences  because it will help me to interpret social phenomena through the management of  theoretical systems in the context of globalization that we are experiencing or doing a master's and doctorate in Social Work in order intervene and investigate social phenomena from a critical view but is a course that lasts between four to six semester y and also the course is very expensive.






However, a few days ago I investigated and there are possibilities to do a postgraduate degree abroad, for example: Spain but according to what they have told me, to study abroad you must have good grades and obtain a scholarship. I ’m really not sure to be honest.






The other thing I would like to do is pursue a doctorate in philosophy and humanities as an alternative plan in case I can’t. find and job and also I like philosophy because I find it interesting.

    It is good that you have alternatives, Francisca! I like philosophy a lot too and I think that learning it is useful both personally and professionally.

    You have alternatives! That's a good start, later you can decided what to do, and all of your choises seems been pretty good and interesting, philosophy and humanities is the one who sound the most peculiar

    Hi Francisca! I think Work social is a beautiful career. It seems to me great that you have many options, maybe you can to do both options.

    Hi! I find it amazing that you are already looking at postgrads since your second year, maybe I should also apply it so I can have several plans in case one doesn't work out haha.

    wow francisca, i didn't know you were interested in doing a phd in philosophy, that's fantastic. i don't think it's necessary to leave social work for that, i think you could work on it together. see you <3

My experience learning English

 Hy guys!  Welcome to my  blog! Today  I ’ m going to talk about my experience learning English. In the first place, to me that subject it wasn’t one of my favorite subjects because I wasn’t like speak in English because the pronunciation was very difficult for me especially in oral presentations but even if I did not like this subject, I was doing well I always had good grades and the English teacher was a good teacher she always cared about this students. My English teacher helped me with the tests and always gave me tips or tricks to understand and improve the pronunciation of the language such as translating and singing songs in English. Now my pronunciation has improved a bit but I still need to improve it. To be honest, I did not care about English but now I think that English really is very important in personal life and society because that language helps you a lot to get a job and get a good salary.
